Just a quick post to share what’s going on….

Busy working when I can in my little factory.  Made some new coat sets for the shop.  This year I decided to forego the extra accessories and make them hat and coat sets.  I hope that everyone likes them!  I’m in love with teal blues, mustard yellows, dusty pinks and ivory this season.  Can you tell?  Anyway, you can see them at Matilda Pink as well.

Now, it’s back to work for me!

Dolly hugs!

What?!? A new post?

DSCN3483It’s long overdue, and I’m finally getting to all the wonderful things that I’ve been planning for months!  Sometimes, stuff just happens and it takes a while to get projects finished.  Well, here are a few of the things I’ve been playing around with.  I hope that you like them.

For my fellow Dianna Effner Little Darlings fans, I have a few new outfits to show you.  Does everyone love the number 3 face mold?  Well, I do.  So much so that I had to get two so that I can have ‘twins’.  And here they are, in the above photo, dressed in their winter coats and hats.  Let me tell you a bit about the outfits.  Boiled wool is not an easy fabric to find here in the States.  I happened to find something very close to boiled wool in some really fun colors and I knew that lots of dolls were going to get coats out of that material.  Boiled wool cuts clean, meaning it does not unravel.  It has a nice lofty, wooly texture and is a dream to sew.  This material, my faux boiled wool, is a bit thinner than the usual boiled wool and that makes it perfect for little doll clothes. Check out the coat sets and other things I’ve put together!
